Upon arrival or via our patient information forms, we will ask if you would like to communicate with our office via text messaging.
With your consent, we will utilize text messaging to verify appointments, notify you when glasses or contacts are ready for you, and remind you to schedule appointments in the future at appropriate intervals. The frequency of text messages will vary depending on recommend exam frequency, product purchases, and other factors. Occasionally we may use text messaging to notify you of new products or services that are available in our office.
Some wireless service providers charge a small fee per text messages received or sent or for data use. If your service has a per text fee, message or data rates may apply.
We don't share or sell your information to other parties or organizations unless sharing this information is required to provide for your care or as required by law. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional information.
You may reply STOP to any text message to Opt-Out of future text communications from our office.
